This week I learned to not rush. I had a file of apartments that needed to be rescaned because I didn't attatch the deed to them all. It took me an hour and a half to fix the mistake. Then I went threw these boxes and got rid of all of the paid affidavits. It took a majority of my time this week.
This week I have been looking through the recent parcel lists that show who still owe taxes for 2016. My job was to mark the parcels that have already paid or have asked for extensions. then I had to count how many parcels still owed money. I then sent the paperwork to my co-worker, Kathy, and she contacted the people who owed and tried to help them out before they were foreclosed. I just started a new task of going through the affidavits for last year and tossing the ones who have already been paid off. I really enjoy it there and I absolutely love my co-workers, especially my work mom, Audrey.
